California is yet again facing devastation with wildfires raging across our state. My heart is heavy for those who've lost their homes in our neighboring communities.

I stand with the families and communities devastated by these disasters, as they stood with us throughout the Thomas Fire and mudslides, and I will work diligently to secure the resources necessary to help Californians recover. We must do all we can to help our brave firefighters and first responders who are working tirelessly to fight these fires—in part, this means being alert and prepared.

SIGN UP FOR ALERTS

As the fires continue to rage throughout California, I encourage you and your loved ones to sign up for emergency alerts on the Central Coast. These alerts ensure you receive critical information quickly, including evacuations and major road closures.

These alerts can make the difference in an emergency. Please share this information with your neighbors.
