Rep. Carbajal Honors International Women’s Day

Today, Rep. Salud Carbajal (CA-24) released the following statement in honor of International Women’s Day:

“On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the innumerable contributions of women and girls around the world. As we honor the achievements of women today, this year we have been moved to greater collective action as we strive for equality. I am proud to wear red in solidarity with the Day Without a Woman movement, because we need a Congress that fights for equal pay, reproductive rights, and affordable health care.”
